Before working with us, Nisbets had very little automation set up. We implemented advanced abandonment across basket and browse. Nurturing customers into high-value items. We developed a contact strategy around large commercial items and resolving pain points in the buying process. Highlighting ease of delivery and split payment methods reduced abandonment rates and improved average order value.
Re-brand
Nisbets went through a brand refresh to modernise their identity and bring a new lease of life into the business. Operating in multiple territories it was a significant task to ensure that the re-brand was successful and delivered on a tight time scale. We ensured all touch points were updated and correctly translated
Delivering results
By improving segmentation and building automation flows we delivered campaigns that resonated with customers. Email deliverability and engagement increased and revenue performance improved by +12% YoY.
